Information we collect

When you request early access, Randall Automation Works LLC collects the information you submit, including your name, work email, company, role, contractor type, project-volume range, current tools, estimating needs, and contact preference.

How we use it

We use this information to evaluate pilot fit, contact you about True to Plan, improve product planning, prevent abusive submissions, and maintain a record of your request. An early-access request does not automatically create an application account.

Where it is processed

Website submissions are processed using Cloudflare infrastructure and stored in a dedicated marketing database separate from customer project and estimating data. Operational providers may process limited information only as needed to deliver the website and related communications.

Retention and choices

We retain early-access requests while they remain relevant to product evaluation and business communications. You may ask us to correct or delete your request, or stop contacting you, by emailing hello@truetoplan.com.

Security and changes

We use reasonable technical and organizational controls, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. We may revise this notice as the service and its providers change; the updated date above will identify the current version.
